It's an incredible honor to receive recognition for our efforts in delivering cutting-edge technology and solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
The first award we received was for 'Most Innovative Product.' This recognition is a testament to the incredible work we've done with Thirteen Group to develop our revolutionary Caseload Manager software. This groundbreaking software leverages AI and Machine Learning to transform the income collection process. We believe this product has the potential to revolutionize the entire social housing sector.
Of Caseload Manager, the judges said:
"Voicescape have gone one step further than the other leading technology providers in arrears management by automatic the process until the human touch is required. Developed in partnership with a customer, Caseload Manager has improved arrears collection and reduced the amount of time spent on chasing arrears."
In addition to this, we were also awarded the 'Most Innovative Approach to Tenant Communications' for our outstanding work with Onward Homes. This award acknowledges our innovative approach to using 'nudge' tactics via Voicescape Collections communication technology. This helped Onward Homes to automate thousands of tasks for their income management team, enabling them to focus on engaged conversations with their customers who needed it most.
