Samantha Brierley

Customer Success Manager

Sammy is a Customer Success Manager here at Voicescape. She is passionate and driven to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients fully utilise Voicescape’s solutions to achieve maximum value. Sammy brings over seven years of experience in the housing sector, having worked across two housing associations with a strong focus on rent collection and tenant retention. During this time, she supported a diverse customer base and developed extensive knowledge of housing processes and legislation. Her expertise led to her becoming a member of the litigation team, where she further strengthened her understanding of legal procedures. Drawing on her experience and skills, Sammy is committed to supporting customers and helping them succeed through practical guidance, insight, and collaboration.

Outside of work, Sammy enjoys spending time with her family and heading out on walks with her Labrador. She’s also recently taken up learning Spanish and ice skating, always keen to try something new.
