    CC2i is a co-funding platform focused on co-designing digital solutions to solve shared challenges across local government and the wider public sector. All our work is collaborative and undertaken with groups of councils and the expertise of a proven technical partner. Voicescape is our technical partner in the Contact&Connect collaboration, where automated telephony is supporting a range of Adult Social Care services. The Voicescape platform contacts thousands of people every year to ensure they are safe and well at home following a hospital discharge. It is also being used to drive the return of rehabilitation equipment into the system as well as automating calls for mandatory reporting purposes. 

    The impact of the Voicescape platform has been both positive and immediate. This is largely due to the Voicescape team really focusing on the customer and the requirements of each service, their attention to detail and the simplicity of the technology. The results are valuable to Adult Social Care teams across the country in not only being able to better support customers, but also delivering financial savings, improving resource planning and enabling them to have a better ongoing conversation with customers.
