Chelsie has a background in Social Housing, specialising in formal complaints, having been a Customer Feedback Coordinator for a large Housing Association for several years. She works as a Customer Success Manager in our Customer Success Team, ensuring that our customers have the best experience with Voicescape.

Chelsie likes reading books of all genres and trying many different kinds of crafts – with varying degrees of success! She wants to learn embroidery or quilting next! She spends most of her time with her 2 cats; Buster and Stanley, who spend most of their time sleeping.
