Charlie specialises in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), helping social housing providers understand how automation can streamline repetitive processes, improve efficiency and enhance the services they deliver to residents. She works closely with the sales and product teams to support conversations with prospects and bring RPA opportunities to life.

Charlie moved from Hong Kong to Manchester and is settling into life here. In her free time, Charlie enjoys ballet, swimming, feeding ducklings and giving snacks to street cats. She also sometimes knits her own clothes, and enjoys shopping for vinyl records.
