Implementation Specialist

Allison has worked within the social housing sector for 33 years covering roles in Finance and Income Recovery where she found her passion for resolving complex queries with customers to sustain their tenancies and reduce business tenant debt. Allison has excellent working operational knowledge of Caseload Manager from her role for a previous Housing Association. Allison’s role within Voicescape is Implementation Specialist, working with organisations to manage projects of implementation of caseload manager.

“I am thrilled to be part of the implementations of caseload manager, a product that I have experienced previously which resulted in reduction in caseload for Officers to manage and also very positive income collection and debt recovery over the past 3 years. The Voicescape team are extremely welcoming and supportive, and I very excited for what the future holds! I moved to join Voicescape to continue my journey on supporting income recovery teams to maximise their time in managing customer touch points which ultimately promotes tenancy sustainment.”

Allison enjoys being away in her caravan with family and 3 cavalier spaniels! She usually gets away once a month, touring to various places within a couple of hours of the North West through the winter months, but from March to October, you will find Allison by the sea in North Wales where she enjoys Yoga on the beach, swimming and is learning to watercolour
